三、主要特点 Features 
1、予分切采用气动分切刀，便于调整，使用方便，压力均衡。
The pre-slitter uses pneumatic slitting blades,it is simple regulated and evenly pressed.

 
2、六对滚筒在同一圆盘上，便于更换，适应不同规格的生产。
Six sets of rolls are equipped in the same round table which can be eaily changed and suitable for producing in different specifications.

 
3、此机可根据客户要求还能在纸上打凸包，特别适合生产特种大空滤。
The machine can also make convex hull on paper which is especially suitable for the heavy duty air filter.

 
4、滤纸在生产线上完成自动打点计数，折叠加工，预热定型等工序。
The process of the machine is auto counting,pleating,pre-heating,forming.

 
5、此机配有不锈钢输送装置，能使滤纸在折叠过程中更加均匀平整。
This machine has stainless steel conveyer device,so the filter paper is pleated much more evenly and smoonthly.

 
6、此机通过电脑控制，操作方便 。
It is easy to operate through the computer
