The surfacewillnotbegettingdryunderroomtemperature，itwillbecompletelysolidified afterbakingfor1~3minuteswith150~180℃.
Application:
1. Suitableforautomatic，handworkprinting，cancreate3Drightangle，round angleeffectsetc.
2.Thesolidifyingprocessingdependsonthetemperatureandtime.Higher temperaturewithshortertime，lowertemperaturewithlongertime.160~180℃issuggestedtoimprove productefficiency.
3.Howcanweknowifit’ssolidified?
Theplastisolinkiselasticandthere’snoflourwhenscrapeit，otherwise it’snotsolidified.
4.Suitableforcotton，blending，Dacron，jeanandallotherfabricswhichis porousandcanresistantin150~180℃hightemperature.

Operatingprocess:（2 methods）

Method1:

1. Bottomingwiththetransparentplastisolinkfor3~4times(3-4scrapesper time)

2. Re-printcoloredplastisolinkfor2times(3-4scrapespertime)

3. Bakingfor1~3minuteswith150~180℃to dryitfast.

4. Finish.

Method2:

1.Mixing withtransparentplastisolink50%andcoloredplastsiolink50%.

2. printingfor4~5times(3-4scrapespertime)

3. Bakingfor1~3minuteswith150~180℃to dryitfast.

4. Finish.

Note:

1.The fabricmustendurablethehottemperature，andnotsuitableforairtightfabric.

2.Thick screenissuggestedforthebesteffect.

3. Ifyouwanttomixwithothercompany’spigment，pleasetestitfirstlyandsee whethertheyareworkable.

4.Oil basedplastisolshouldmixingwithoilbasedpigment.

5. Bottomingprocesscanmakegoodfastness.
