Printing process

1. Printing with elastic clear paste for 1-2 times

2. Printing again with imitated foil paste for 2-3 times (3-4 scrapes per time)

3. Drying in room temperature or baking for 1~3 minutes under 150~180℃to dry it fast.

4. Finish.

工艺流程

1. 丝网选用80-100目，用丝印硬方刀75度刮印，先用弹性透明浆打底印1-2次

2. 印仿烫金浆2-3次（每次刮3-4刀）

3. 24-48小时自然干燥，或150-180度焙烘1-3分钟
