橡胶履带底盘结构性能特点：Rubber track chassis　　多适用于小型轻工业和小型工程机械行业。轻工业一般是1吨到4吨以内的农用机械。工程机械行业则多用于小型钻探行业。其作业环境的选择大致如下：（1）橡胶履带的使用温度一般在—25～+55C之间。（2）化学药品、机油、海水的盐份会加快履带的老化，在这样的环境下使用后要清洗履带。（3）有锐利突起（如钢筋、石块等）的路面会导致橡胶履带外伤。（4）道路的边石、车辙或凹凸不平的路面会导致履带边缘接地侧花纹产生裂纹，这种裂纹未伤及钢丝帘线时可以继续使用。（5）砂砾、碎石路面会造成与承重轮接触的橡胶表面早期磨损，形成小裂口。严重时水分侵入，造成芯铁脱落、钢丝断裂。　　Rubber track chassis is applied to small size light industry and small size construction machinery field.For example，agriculture machine from 1 ton to 4 ton，small drilling machines.  Usually fit for following working environment:  (1)Permitted service temperature of rubber track is-25~+55℃    (2)Salt in chemicals，oil and seawater will speed up the aging process of rubber tracks.Please clean rubber tracks after operating in such a environment.  (3)Sharp objects on road(steel bar，rock，etc.) will hurt rubber tracks.        (4)Rocks，grooves and bumpiness on road will leave cracks on their grounded side.If such cracks not affect the steel cord，tracks can still be usable.  (5)Gravel，macadam road will lead to wear of tracks at support wheel side，then form small cracks.In severe case，water enters and cause core iron falling off，steel wire broken.
