说明：
THD系列料斗干燥机是干燥塑胶原料最有效的且经济的机型，可以干燥因包装、运送或回收而潮湿的原料，直结式的设计特别适合于直接安装在塑胶成型机上进行干燥。既快速又节省空间。这种上吹式（THD-800/1000为下吹式并附清理斗）的热风干燥能提供装料量为12-1000公斤，共分为十三种机型。所有机型皆可选配24小时定时器。
THD series hopper dryers offer an effective and low-cost method for plastic material drying，Hot air is used to dry wet material drying，Hot air is used to dry wet matarials due to moisture absorption during packaging，transportation，and recycling，They can be directiy mounted on the moulding machine for quick drying and space saving，For this series，hot air blows evently form botton to the top（both THD-800 and THD-1000 have down-blowing air pipe and accessible door for esay material clearance）of the hopper with capacity ranging from 12kg to 1000kg，all models can be supplied with optional 24 hours auto start/stop timer。


本机特点：
1.采用均匀分散的高性能热风扩散装置，保持塑料干燥温度均匀，提高干燥效率；
2.特有热风管弯型设计，可避免粉屑堆积于电热管底引起燃烧；
3.料桶内及内部零件一律采用不锈钢制作，确保原料不被污染；
4.料桶与料门分离，清料方便，换料迅速；
5.采用比例式偏差指示温控器，可精确控制温度；
6.有过载保护装置，可减少人为或机械故障所产生之意外；
7.全系列配备超温警示灯及风机接触器与过载保护；
8.全系列配备外露式电源开关；
9.THD-300以下机型配备铝制标准底座，THD-400及以上机型配备铝制磁力底座；
10.各种机型皆可选配预约定时装置及保温料桶；
11.有排风旋风器、排风空气滤清器、热风回收器、铝制磁力底座、风车入口过滤器、料斗磁铁、欧化吸料盒、“L”“A”型脚架可供选配；
12.改为欧规安全回路型时，机型后加注“CE”。
