水式模具控温机

说明：
TM-W系列水式模具控温机主要适用于模具的加热与恒温。此外，还适用于其他有相同需求的领域。此系列模温机以模具回水直接冷却的方式，再由泵浦加压经过电热管高温加热后送到模具，来达到加热与恒温的要求。其优化的设计使加热温度可达120°。采用精密PID温度控制，可确保高性能的稳定温度控制，其温差可控制在±1°。
The TM-W series of water heaters used to heat up the mould and maintain this temperature.Besides，they can also be used in other similar applications.High temperature water from the mould is cooled by direct cooling and then sent to the pipe heaters via high-pressue pump for heating to a constant temperature.With our optimised design，water can reach a maximum of 120°equipped and the accurate PID multi-stage temperat contr system can maintain an accuracy of ±1°。


本机特点：
1.采用全数位PID分段式控温系统，在任何操作状态下可维持稳定的模具温度，控温精度达±1°；
2.多项安全装置，当发生故障时，本机可自动侦测到异常，并有指示灯显示异常状况；
3.直接冷却，冷却效果佳，自动直接补水装置，可快速降温至设定温度；
4.内部采用不锈钢制造，高压防爆；
