Oil Heaters
说明：TM-O系列油式模具控温机有标准型和高温型二种系列，主要适用于模具加热与恒温。此外，尚可适用于其他有相同需求的领域。此系列模温机采用模具回油经冷却器间接冷却的方式，再由泵浦加压经过电热管后送到模具，来达到加热与恒温的要求。精密PID溫度控制可确保稳定的温服控制。
The TM-O series of oil heaters are used to heat up the mould and maintain this temperature， although they can be used in other similar applications.   High temperature oil from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by indirect cooling. It is then pressurised by the high-pressure pump， sen to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature and accurate PID multi-stage temperature control system.


本机特点：
1.采用全数位pID分段式控温系统，在任何操作状态下均可维持稳定的模具温度，控温精度达±1°；
2.采用高效率高温泵浦，压力大，稳定性高；
3.多项安全装置，当发生故障时，本机可自动侦测到异常，并有指示灯显示异常状态；
4.电热管均采用不锈钢制造；
5.TM标准型加热温度可达200°；
6.先进的回路设计，在油路故障时，不会发生高温爆裂；
7.外形设计美观大方，便于拆卸，维修方便。
