桥护栏模具包括栏片模具、上梁模具、下梁模具、立柱模具、柱帽模具组合而成。

桥护栏模具材质：护栏塑料模具、护栏钢模具。

1：桥护栏塑料模具采用工程聚丙或PP经过高温压铸而成，其模具光滑度高，较轻，搬运方便，可使用两年以上。

2：桥护栏钢模具采用优质钢板经过裁剪、焊接、打磨、喷漆等国道工序制成，护栏钢模具采用卡扣固定，拆卸方便，出模速度快使用寿命长，可使用五年以上不变形，适合长期使用。

一，72型高铁护栏立柱模具，整体尺寸为101×12×12厘米，共由立柱模具主体，立柱耳朵模具，立柱上堵头模具及柱帽、帽片组成，其中柱帽采用的是聚丙烯塑料材质。
 
二，72型高铁护栏上下梁模具，上梁尺寸为196×11×10里面面，搭配上梁压条及插片，均由注塑加工完成。下梁尺寸为188×11×10厘米，两端配置下梁专用小盒子，可拆卸组装。
 
三，72型高铁护栏栏片模具，之所以整套护栏模具称为海鸥高铁护栏塑料模具，原因就是护栏栏片模具采用了海鸥设计，分为AB两面，尺寸均为101×72×5厘米，拼接处分别置入栏片堵头，方面施工。

84型海鸥护栏模具铁路护栏塑料模具所有组件均采用高精度要求的ABS树脂原料生产加工而成，主要组成部分：铁路护栏立柱塑料模具，相应配套配件有84型立柱二段、立柱耳朵、立柱堵头、柱帽、帽片等。

高铁专用72型罗马柱桥梁护栏模具，栏杆样式以罗马柱结构设计，主要由三个组成部分，桥梁护栏模具上梁、下梁，立柱及栏杆。原材料方面均使用了不易变形的ABS塑料为原料，在实际水泥制品生产及脱模过程中，更加简便，桥梁护栏立柱、上下梁和栏杆均独立施工，组装更方便。

72型罗马柱桥梁护栏上下梁模具均配有部分配件，上梁部分由桥梁护栏模具上梁主体，护栏模具插片，上下梁大圆球等，而下梁由桥梁护栏下梁主体，下梁盒子和下梁小圆球组成。所有设计均按照中国铁建施工要求设计生产制造，误差均小于5MM。上下梁的整体尺寸均为196×11×10cm。

承载整套桥梁护栏模具的主要部位就是桥梁护栏的立柱，主要由立柱主体、立柱堵头和立柱耳朵3个部分组成，尺寸为101×12×12cm，每个桥梁护栏立柱上面均还配置了一个立柱柱帽，可以有效的提升实际水泥立柱成品的观赏性。
