选用焊接电缆时应从温升和电压降两方面来才考虑。对长度20米以下的可忽略其压降的影响，而只按电流来选择，电流密度可取每平方4—10A。下列出各种长度下不同电流时，焊接电缆的截面积的选用。长度20米，30米，40米，50米，60米，70米，80米，90米，100米：100A分别为16，25，25，35，35，50，50，60，60平方毫米。150A分别为25，35，35，50，50，60，60，70，70平方毫米。200A的别为25，35，35，50，50，60，60，70，70平方毫米。
