1、龙门框架：床身、工作台、立柱、横梁等基础件均采用树脂砂造型，高强度HT300优质铸铁，并经时效处理，设计结构合理，铸造及加工工艺性好，具有高的刚度，良好的抗挠性和优良的精度稳定性。

2、导轨：各轴导轨均采用矩形方轨，运动导轨采用聚四氟乙烯软带方式。

3、进给驱动装置及控制：X、Y、Z轴均采用交流数字进给伺服电机驱动，Z轴有制动保护控制，断电时自动夹紧，可防止镗铣头出现下滑“现象”，各轴皆采用C3级精密滚珠丝杠、丝杠轴承采用滚珠丝杠专用轴承，精度可靠，传动平稳。同时各轴均设有防止超程等保护措施。

4、横梁是龙门机床关键部件，它除支撑立式镗铣头外，还承受立式镗铣头加工时产生的主切削力，应具有足够的刚性保证加工的精度，横梁采用封闭式箱型结构，内部除合理布局有加强筋外，在方箱形对角线布置有斜拉筋，使横梁断面抗扭刚度大大增强。为了使基准导轨不因承受镗铣头重量产生弯曲变形， 横梁导轨采用与水平面呈60度夹角，将横滑板向下与前倾的力矩减小，可将侧向切削扭矩降到最低程度，可大幅提高重切削时之精度和刚性。
