防静电阻燃面料

防静电阻燃面料除了具有阻燃性能外，由于在织物内部经纬方向织入了具有导电性能的碳丝纤维，因而使其具有了永久的防静电性能，且该两种功能互不干扰，均可达到各自的功能指标。阻燃性能可达到欧盟的EN11612(原EN531)、EN11611(原EN470-1)、EN533；美国的NFPA2112、ASTM等标准。

防静电性能可以达到EN1149标准。我厂生产的永久性防静电面料因导电丝不同分为两种类型，一种是采用不锈钢纤维与棉、涤棉纤维混纺织造而成；一种是嵌入式防静电布，它是在织物经向、纬向间隔一定的距离均匀加入导电长丝。

使用该种面料制成的防护服可以有效地避免电荷的聚集，使电荷及时放电或漏电，从而避免燃爆炸事故的发生，是石化、煤矿、军工、精密仪器、航空航天等领域的理想选择。防静电性能均可以达到GB12014《防静电工作服》、GB12703《防静电织物》、EN1149-1、EN1149-3等标准。
