端面镗铣床特点：the characteristics of face boring and milling machine

　　1.工作台进给及铣头上下进给均采变频调速，工件可沿工作台长向铣削，也可由铣头上下铣削 Worktable feed and milling head (up and down)feed adopt frequency Control ，This machine can solve workpiece facade machining and the length overtical machining.

　　2.铣头设置了内置飞轮，以增加切削平稳性。铣头内齿轮均采用了20Cr渗碳淬火，并经过了磨齿工艺。齿轮具有良好的耐磨性及耐冲击性能

　　端面铣床加工范围大，适用于铸件、钢件等金属材料的端面切削，广泛应用于机械制造业。特别适用于模具业、塑料模架边框的平面铣削，可对超长工件两端面进行铣削、钻孔、镗孔等特型面加工。端面铣床可铣削工件平面，倒角加工梯形面及T型槽，钻孔可达到φ50mm，镗孔可达到φ400mm。加装支承滑台后可对超长工件两端面进行铣削、手动钻孔、镗孔及特型面加工，铣削力强，可满足零件的加工要求。工作台移动采用行星齿轮箱变速，操作灵活简便。立柱升降采用配重卸荷装置，上下移动轻松，既延长了丝杠的寿命，又使切削平稳。铣削采用斜齿轮传动，切铣面精度高，噪音低，安装变频装置后可实行无级变速。整机刚性强，不易损坏，维修方便，功能多样，几何尺寸大，是机械加工的理想设备
