端面铣床：

立柱移动端面铣床的特点

1、托板采用丝杆传动.  润滑使用自动电动齿轮泵，可对供油循环中的供油时间和停机时间分别进行控制，实现周期间歇供油。

2铣头采用复轨式镗铣头， 

3托板丝杆采用自动供油润滑，铣头采用浸油润滑，立柱导轨丝杆采用手动或自动供油润滑.  整机具有良好的减磨润滑性能.

4立柱导轨采用超音频淬火处理，主要铸件均采用了粗加工前时效处理(两次时效)，可消除铸件内应力，保证精度的稳定性.机床铸件均采用HT250材质。导轨淬火后的表面硬度为：洛氏硬度48-52度。提高了导轨的耐磨性，延长了机床的使用寿命。

5:机床结构特点为：仿落地式镗床铣床样式进行改进的。导轨采用双平轨。经过导轨磨床处理后，一是能保证直线度精密，二是能保证导轨的光洁度。
