  篮式洗碗烘干一体机主要结构及工作原理

　　  篮式洗碗烘干一体机采用单洗涤缸单水泵洗涤、由不锈钢箱体、清洗系统、漂洗系统、传送系统、电气控制系统高效的热能回收装萱，节能刑远红外加热烘干系统等组成。

　　  篮式洗碗烘干一体机通过传送系统，巾传送系统将碗碟等首先进人预清洗区，由上下喷洗臂喷洗涤温水进行预清洗，去除碗碟表面污渍，然后进入清洗区，由上下喷洗臂喷清洗热水进行清洗，彻底清除油渍等，最后进入净水漂洗，除去表面的污水，达到洗净干爽的要求，洁净的碗碟从出口端取出，没有内开关、进水阀、进汽阀、温控仪等，确保了设备的正常运转。

　　同时，高效的热能回收装萱将挥发的热能回收二次利用，并通过节能刊远红外加热烘干系统烘干。

　　Min Structure &Principle of Running

　　It has single pumps in the wash jar ， and is made up of stainless steel frame，cleaning system，rinsing system，conveying system，electrical control system，high—efficiency heat recovering system，fuel-efficient far infrared heating drying system。

　　The dishware firstly enter the pre—cleaning area by the conveyer chain in the conveying system，and are pre—cleaned by the upper and lower pray arms with the warm water，then enter into the cleaning area after cleaning up the dirt on the surface of the dishware，in the cleaning area，dishware are cleaned by the upper and lower spray arms with hot water to clean the dirt thoroughly.

　　At last，they enter into the rinsing area，cleaning out the dirty water on the surface and then can be Picked out at the exit。The machine is produced together with the inner switch，water entering valve，air entering valve，temperature checking machine，which can provide a stable operation for the machine。

　　At the same time high-efficiency heat recovery system will recycle volatile heat energy，then drying by fuel-efficient far infrared heating drying system。
