进口电动衬氟调节阀

一、进口电动衬氟调节阀参数：

二、进口电动衬氟调节阀简述：

与流体接触的阀体内壁和阀内组件均采用高压注塑工艺，衬有能耐腐蚀、耐老化的聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)，又采用聚四氟乙烯波纹管密封。广泛适用于对酸、碱等强腐蚀介质和有毒、易挥发等气体、液体的控制。

Imported  electric  fluorine-butterfly  regulator  within  the  valve  body  wall  and  contact  with  the  fluid  components  adopt  high  pressure  injection  molding  process，  the  liner  capable  of  corrosion  and  ageing  resistance  of  fep  (F46)，  and  using  ptfe  bellows  seal.  Widely  used  in  strong  corrosive  medium  such  as  acid，  alkali  and  toxic  and  volatile  gas，  liquid  control.

三、进口电动衬氟调节阀特点：

1、耐腐蚀：几乎能耐所有的介质(包括浓硝酸和王水)的腐蚀。

2、密封性能好：采用波纹管和填料双重密封，确保无外渗漏。

3、泄漏量小：由于阀芯、阀座采用软密封，故泄漏量低。

4、配用HA执行机构，输出力大、结构紧凑。

  四、进口电动衬氟调节阀安装要求：

1.  管道法兰标准必须与调节阀法兰标准相符。

2.  使用安装前应检查使用条件是否与本阀性能相同。

3.  安装前确认法兰焊接无误，法兰是否冷却。

4.  安装前应先清洗阀门内腔、密封面和管道，不允许有污物杂物附着。

5.  安装时，阀必须与管道对中安装，确保法兰密封面不与管道法兰碰撞等。

6.  本阀最好安装在水平，垂直角度的管道上。

7.  本阀如遇启闭失常，应查明原因，排除故障，不得利用敲、砸、撬和手柄接杆强行启闭。

8.  本阀在贮存未用期间，应保持干燥，不准露天存放，周围不允许有害物质侵蚀。

1，  corrosion  resistance，  can  almost  all  media  (including  concentrated  nitric  acid  and  aqua  regia)  corrosion.

2，  sealed  performance  is  good:  the  corrugated  pipe  and  double  seal  packing，  ensure  no  leakage.

3，  small  leakage:  the  adoption  of  soft  seal，  valve  core，  valve  seat  so  low  leakage.

4，  with  HA  actuators，  output  force，  compact  structure.

Imported  electric  fluorine-butterfly  regulating  valve  installation  requirements:

1.  The  pipe  flange  standards  must  be  consistent  with  regulating  valve  flange  standard.

2.  Use  before  installation  should  check  whether  the  conditions  of  use  and  performance  of  this  valve  is  the  same.

3.  Before  installation，  make  sure  the  flange  welding，  flange  is  cooling.
