热压缩试验装置：RH-1


产品概述：本装置是根据GB2099.1-2008图38、IEC884-1图38、VDE0620等标准制作，用于考核电器附件及明装式安装盒在受热情况下的耐压性能，与加热箱配套使用。试验装置由移动压块、固定压块、导轨支架及砝码组成，压块具有一个半径为25㎜的圆柱形表面，砝码重量为20N。

本装置也可更换100N砝码用于手提灯等类似器具的热压缩试验，符合GB7000.208-2008

RH-1

Product details:Model RH-1. The apparatus comprises two steel
jaws, having a cylindrical face of 25 mm radius, a width of 15 mm
and a length of 50 mm. The length of 50 mm can be increased,
depending on the size of the accessory to be tested.

The corners are rounded with a radius of 2,5 mm.

The specimen is clamped between the jaws in such a way that
these press against it in the area where it is gripped in normal
use, the centre line of the jaws coinciding as nearly as possible
with the centre of this area. The force applied through the jaws is
20 N.,the test being made in a heating cabinet at a temperature of
(80 ± 2) °C.
