无负压供水设备的保养责任

设备供应商除按照国有相关商品质量责任条款承担保修责任外，还应包括提供不少于3的免费维护保养服务承诺。免费维护保养期自设备验收合格投入使用起计算。设备供应商与使用人订立保养服务合同，并将合同同时提交广州奥凯环保科技有限公司备案。对设备提供终身跟踪，定期保养维修服务，并将保养维修及回访内容提交威立雅公司备案。第七条本试行管理办法自下发之日起行。本文为过渡性管理办法。在省建设行政主管部门或省行业协会有关叠压供水设备的相关标准、规定及管理办法出台前，暂时执行本办法。
