管道电加热器结构electricheaterpipestructure
管道电加热器是由多支管状电加热元件、筒体、导流板等几部分组成，管状电热元件是在金属管内放入高温电阻丝，在空隙部分紧密地填入具有良好绝缘性和导热性能的结晶氧化镁粉，采用管状电热元件做发热体，具有结构先进，热效率高，机械强度好，耐腐、耐磨等特点。筒体内安装了导流隔板，能使介质在流通时受热均匀。

安装Theinstallation
控制柜应安装在干燥通风，便于操作的地方。管道电加热器外壳、控制柜外壳应可靠接地，管道电加热器应水平安装，底座螺母要拧紧使其稳固。
本体与外接管道安装时，应注意进出口方向。管道电加热器在使用前应测量电源接入端子与金属外壳绝缘电阻不得低于2MΩ，使用环境相对湿度不大于85%。电源线的出、入端应牢固可靠，不得松动。
