随着经济增长资源消耗加剧，传统工业区如山东、江苏、河北等东部省份浅层资源己消耗殆尽。新的资源勘探主要集中在云贵川、西藏、新疆、青海等交通不便的区域。在这些区域中设备搬运成本远高于施工成本，很多地方根本没有路，要靠肩抬人扛才能上去，传统设备重量无法降低，全液压分体式钻机能耗太高，所以我公司研发全铝合金钻机HW-160A/XY-3A，借新材料应用降低钻机重量，节省野外作业搬运成本。

主要特点
l、箱体类主要部件材质采用压力铸造高强度铝合金替换原有钢材；在保证钻机性能的前提下，重量为原来的1/3。
2、钻机模块化设计，拆分性较强，组装快速。拆分后各部件重量约40-100kg，解决了山区搬迁作业难的难题。
3、钻机移机结构采用高频处理镶层滑轨，耐磨性能提高，延长了其使用寿命。
4、复合变速机构设计。采用LGS15汽车变速箱附加副箱设计作为变速机构，高低速可切换，扭矩大，变速范围广，操作集中方便，适应各种钻探工艺需求，配件通用性强。
5、铝合金钻机耐腐蚀，抗氧化。在野外淋雨，在有腐蚀性的作业环境中（钾盐矿）不生锈。
