配置说明
l 机器采用飞达自动送纸免保养无油真空泵。
l 送纸系统装有光电控制的缺纸、断纸及纸张重叠等自动停机保护装置。
l 输送台配备的抽风机、侧拉规及前规等装置使纸张更加平稳，送纸精度等到有效提高。
l 整机自动化作业均由可编程PLC系统控制。触屏操作，简单方便。
l 行星减速机配伺服电机，使纸张间前后叠加部分可调，保证重合度一致。
l 采用浸入式涂布，操作方便，使涂布更加均匀并节省胶水。
l 自动供胶系统自动供给及回收覆膜用胶水。
l 薄膜分切刀可切割薄膜宽幅，使其正好适合纸张宽度。
l 薄膜打孔刀可在薄膜边缘打孔，以顺利实现自动分切。
l 红外干燥灯让客户在潮湿环境下也可顺利作业
l 放料采用升降装置，省工省力。
l 放卷采用气胀轴，收放卷，张力采用磁粉离合器装置。
