加纳COC是什么？怎么办理？

加纳COC是用于进口商清关的证书。也叫产品符合认证，全称是CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY。

ITS可以办理该证书，自2014年10月1日开始执加纳标准局Ghana Standards Authority (GSA)的GHANA CONFORMITY ASSESSMETN PROGRAM (G-CAP)装船前检验即产品符合评定方案；

项目名称PROGRAM NAME： GHANA CONFORMITY ASSESSMETN PROGRAM (G-CAP)

PROGRAM MANDATED BY Ghana Standards Authority (GSA)

执行日期 IMPLEMENTATION DATE：
1st October 2014 (date of shipment)
Shipments performed as from 1st October 2014 will
have to present a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for
Customs clearance
Shipments performed as from October 1st 2014 and
arriving without a CoC will be subject to a penalty.

注意： 管控产品如未办理COC就出货，那么到达目的港后可能会面临罚金。请务必提前与立讯检测和您的进口商确认清楚。

health， safety and environmental protection of
Ghanaian consumers.
• To prevent the importation of unsafe， substandard
and/or counterfeit goods
SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM
To assess that all regulated imported products do
comply with Ghana Standards approved International
Standards and Technical Regulations


流程 VERIFICATION PROCESS
出口商需提供如下资料Exporter submits to ITS the following documents:
• IDF copy
• Request for Certification
• PROFORMA Invoice
• Conformity Documents (test reports， quality
management certificates， analysis reports，
etc…)
• Commercial (final) invoice
• Transport Document (BL， AWB...etc)
To obtain evidence that all requirements are met in the
applicable standards or technical requirements

上述文件审核通过后，ITS会安排检验员验货。均合格后，ITS会签发COC证书。

加纳COC的收费方式是按照FOB货值算的
