阴离子交换设备工作原理
Using ion exchange method, can make the water in ion cation, anion removal, with sodium chloride ( NaCl ) represents the water quality in salt of inorganic salts, basic can be reacted with the following formula:
1、阳离子交换树脂:R—H+Na+ R—Na+H+2、阴离子交换树脂:R—OH+Cl- R—Cl+OH-
阳、阴离子交换树脂总的反应式即可写成:RH+ROH+NaCl——RNa+RCL+H2O
From this may see, NaCl in water have been separately resin H+ and OH- replaced, and the reaction product is H2O, it reached the removal of salt effect.
离子交换树脂的保护
到由于树脂在运行中,对进水的水质有着一定的要求,如:水中的有机物、重金属、余氯等,会影响树脂的使用性能,甚至造成树脂的直接坏死;因此在使用离子交换系统时,应对进水进行相应的预处理。
常见有:砂滤→碳滤→离子交换系统
为了提升离子交换树脂的使用性能,提高终端出水的水质,得到更高纯度的水,因此在使用离子交换系统时,在有预处理(砂、碳)的前提下,又对水进行高一层的保护(如反渗透、复合床等)最终经过深度处理的离子交换系统,而得到高纯度的水。
离子交换系统常见的问题
