一、产品简介
    XL-1箱式电阻炉系周期作业式，供实验室、工矿企业、科研单位作元素分析测定和一般小型钢件淬火、退火热处理等用。本系列电阻炉外形均为长方形，炉壳系采用角钢、冷轧板焊接制成，表面静电喷涂。炉膛采用耐火材料烧结成形，加热元件置于其中，炉膛与炉壳之间用保温材料砌筑，炉门通过铰架固定于炉口处，启闭简便。配套控制器与电炉分体连接，以适应工作位置的安装摆放。控温仪表分为指针式 A：数显式 AS：智能式 ASP:智能多段

三、使用注意事项: 
    ★第一次使用或长期停用后再次使用时应先进行烘炉，温度200 ～600℃，时间约4 小时。 
    ★使用时炉膛温度不得超过最高炉温，也不要长时间工作在额定温度以上。
    ★工作环境条件为：温度0 ～50℃  ，相对湿度<80%, 无导电尘埃，无易燃易爆物品和腐蚀性气体。 
    ★为确保使用安全，必须加装地线，并良好接地。 
    ★使用时炉门要轻关轻开，以防损坏机件。 
    ★在炉膛内放取样品时，应先关断电源，并轻拿轻放，以保证安全和避免损坏炉膛。 
    ★为延长产品使用寿命和保证安全，在设备使用结束之后要及时从炉膛内取出样品，退出加热并关掉电源。
