陶瓷瓷眼：  瓷眼应用于绕线机及纺织机械中的过丝部位，是最常用的过丝另件，用于要求不高的过丝场合。 工作时，丝线在瓷眼表面滑动，为了降低摩擦力，必须提高材料的硬度，光洁度及形状。本公司选用99%的Al2O3，硬度大于HRa88，密度3.85,超精抛Ra0.2。
        瓷眼用于正压力较小（摩擦力也较小）的部位。为了降低成本，根据使用要求，将光洁度抛光工艺分为粗抛（Ra 0.8）,精抛（Ra 0.4），超精抛（Ra0.2）。同时又分为单面超精抛及双面超精抛。
