美国GOODYEAR(固特异)化学品输送管VIPER系列

使用范围：Viper用于输送当前各种通用的工业化学品。（其互用性参看Goodyear耐化学管指南《 Chemical Resistance Guide.》）它可在压力，重力或引力作用下使用。管子可用高达50psi的蒸汽流冲洗，也可以在212℉(100℃)温度以下用10％的氢氧化钠溶液清洗。
结构：           
管子内层：Beige Alphasyn改性的交联聚乙烯
管子外层：Black Omegasyn带白色条纹的耐磨性EPDM
增强层： 两层金属线和一层人造织物缠绕 
温度：   在-40℉～250℉（-40℃～121℃）之间正常工作。蛇皮化学管在温度为250℉操纵起来易变形，但是，测定会随管内化学品的不同而变化。固特异耐化学管指南Goodyear Chemical Resistance Guide中涉及的高于这一温度的化学品，请与固特异客户服务部Goodyear Custom Service 1-800-235-4632联系。

商标标识：连续的螺旋商标“Goodyear Viper Chemical Transfer 200 psi WP. Caution: Hose and couplings should be inspected prior to each use. Use of damaged assembly could be hazardous.” 
连接：   联系软管安装商请教正确的安装建议和接头过程。使用在125℉到250℉之间能永久固定的装配方法。建议使用Goodyear的Insta-Lock Cam & Groove。
