抽砂泵
PNS型泥沙泵是根据两相流理论研制的大流量、高效节能、单级单吸、卧式离心泵，按吸入口径分为250mm、350mm、380mm、400mm、450mm、480mm、500mm。该系列泥沙泵在水利设计，结构设计方面有独特创新，过流部件采用铸铁、铸钢及抗强磨蚀的高铬合金钢，具有效率高、使用寿命长，结构合理、运行可靠、振动小、噪音低、维修方便等特点。适用于船用吸泥、抽沙，用来填海造地、修建码头；也可用于电力、冶金行业输送尾矿、用于洗煤行业压滤煤泥等。
1、PNS系列泥沙泵主要由泵体、叶轮、护板、泵盖、托架及轴承组件等组成。
2、泵体、叶轮、护板的材质可由灰铸铁、耐磨合金、及非金属耐磨材料制造，用户在定货时可根据用途选择。
3、泵的轴密封采用填料密封，并在填料室加入高压冲洗清水，较好的保证了泵的正常运行。
泵的转向从进水口看为逆时针，从进水口看泵的出口在水平方向的右边，如因现场需要出水口可在360度范围调整。

Structural Features:
PNS series sand pump are mainly made up of pump casing， impeller， guard board，
pump bonnet， bracket and bearing， etc.
The material of pump casing， impeller， guard board can be made of cast iron，
cast steel， high-chromium alloy and other nonmetallic wear-resisting material， it can be customized by user.
The shaft seal adopt packing seal and add high presser water to wash it in the
packing chamber to ensure the normal operation well of the pump
The pump rotation direction is anticlockwise look from inlet， from inlet direction to see，
the outlet is on the right of the horizontal direction，the outlet can be adjusted in the range
360 degrees according to the site needs.
