防静电工作服

在使用防静电工作服时应该注意一下几点：

一般不使用非防静电织物作衬里。必须使用时，所用衬里不得超过总衬里面积的20％。操作人员在防静电工作区时不得穿脱服装。

整件服装不得使用任何金属附件。必须使用时应不直接处露到服装表面，以免金属放电。在进入防静电工作区前必须穿着防静电服。

防静电工作服结构应为“三紧式”而且耐磨性较好不起尘。

穿用工作服时必须与防静电鞋配套使用，并每隔一年按国家标准对其进行复检，当带电量超过规定值时，则不得继续使用。

纯棉制服在相对湿度低于40％环境中，不适于作防静电工作服，因不能防止静电在其上积累。

 

In the use of
antistatic clothing notices should be taken as follows:

Generally don’t use
non-antistatic fabric as lining. When needed, the use of lining
should not exceed 20% of the total area of the lining. Operators in
antistatic work area may not wear clothing from.

Don’t adorn any metal
annex. When needed, it shouldn’t be directly disclosed to the dress
surface, in order to avoid metal discharge. wear antistatic
clothing before entering antistatic work area.

Antistatic clothing
should be designed to be “three -tight”, and be good at resistance
and preventing dust.

Antistatic clothing
must be use with antistatic shoes. According to the national
standard, check up them every other year. If value of electricity
exceeds set value, they couldn’t be used as before.

If relative humidity is
below 40%, cotton clothing is not suitable for antistatic clothing,
because it failed to prevent accumulation of static
electricity.
