        汽车内饰板高频热合机(又名汽车内饰件高频焊接机，汽车内饰件高周波熔接机)做汽车内饰的机器-汽车内饰热合机由电子管自激振荡器产生电磁场，被加工塑胶件在上、下电极间的电磁场中，其内部分子被极化而相互运动磨擦自身产生热量，在模具的压力下达到熔接的目的。利用能量把两件或多件塑胶工件熔接起来，透过高周波使物料生热及熔合在一起。经这种熔接方法而成的工件，坚固度和胶料本身的坚固度一样。

        严格按照国际“无线电干扰委员会”（CISPR）的规定，采用工业波段27.12MHZ，并设计有高周波稳定器和高周波漏磁抑制装置，对外界设备的于扰极小。u The industrial wave band of 27.12 / 40. 68MHZ is adopted in accordance with the "International Special Committee On Radio Interference (CISPR)".
