Mini coaxial cable vertical type double layer taping machine

用 途：

    适用于制作极细同轴线，绞合线，平行线双层/单层连续中心绕包包带

性能特征：             

      产能高:高转速，生产效率是传统包带机的2.5倍

      张力稳:包带张力自动演算追踪，从满盘到空盘保持恒张力，不须人工调整

      包距准:触摸屏设定重叠率，PLC控制，加减速及正常工作时包带形成点稳定不动

      排线好:收线排位采用轴排式结构，排幅排距任意设定

滑块摆杆重锤张力式动力放线，配变频调速，设断线保护功能

Straight line slide rail+Slider heavy hammer tension type power pay-off with Variable frequency speed regulation and set the break line protection function.

轴排式收线，线材排位过程中无推/拉力损伤，排幅排距根据线材规格任意设定

Axis-row type take up， no damage during the traversing process， distance can be set freely according the wire specification.
