　　巴氏合金的正常颜色是无光泽的银白色，若出现白黄色，说明合金温度过高，质量差。若黄色较重，应重新浇铸。用铜质小锤沿轴瓦表面顺次轻轻敲打，正常时，发出清脆的声音。当发出浊、哑杂音时，说明合金与底瓦粘合不好或有裂纹、孔洞等。浇铸表面若有深度大于加工余量的大气孔、裂纹或浇铸不完全等现象，要重新浇铸，在加工过程中，可进行补焊后，再加工。浇铸好的轴瓦，经过机械加工和刮研，就可以完全恢复原来的几何形状和尺寸配合的性质。
