DCS系统的接地原则

    2.1 DCS系统设置的接地装置

    (1) 操作台、打印台、服务器柜：设有保护地螺钉。
    (2) 继电器柜、UPS柜、配电柜：设有保护地螺钉。
    (3) DCS的I/O机柜：设有屏蔽接地汇流排，保护地螺钉。系统地（+24V地）悬浮。
    (4) 仪表柜、手操盘台：设有屏蔽地接地汇流排，保护地螺钉。
    (5) 安全栅柜：设有屏蔽地接地汇流排，本安地接地汇流排，保护地螺钉。

    2.2 信号屏蔽及其接地

    (1) 根据有关技术规定要求，计算机或 DCS系统信号电缆的屏蔽层不得浮空，必须接地，其接地方式应符合下列规定：

    a. 当信号源浮空时，屏蔽层应在计算机侧接地；
    b. 当信号源接地时，屏蔽层应在信号源侧接地；
    c. 当放大器浮空时，屏蔽层的一端与屏蔽罩相连，另一端宜接共模地（当信号源接地时，接信号地。当信号源浮空时接现场地）。
