一、    气泡翻浪清洗机的特性及用途
1、设备除电机、轴承等标准件外均采用不锈钢SUS304/2B材料制作，完全符合出口食品卫生要求。设备中设有气泡发生装置，使物料呈翻滚状态，去除产品表面农残的功效，同时可加入适量的药剂，进行消毒固色。漂浮物可以从溢流槽溢出，沉淀物从排污口排出，以达到清洗的目的。具有洗洁净高、节能、节水、设备稳定可靠等特点。
1、适用于：蔬菜、水果、水产品等颗粒状、叶状、根茎类产品清洗、浸泡、杀菌消毒及固色等。
2、本机输送部分采用SUS304不锈钢网带，运行平稳、使用寿命长等特点，符合食品卫生要求。
