排屑输送链板长度和宽度根据用户的要求制作。按节距可分为31.75，38.1，50.8，63.5，101.6。
节距为31.75mm单排极限拉伸载荷22.2kn,主要用于小型主机及短距离输送。
节距38.1mm单排极限拉伸载荷31.8kn，主要用于中小型短距离的输送。
节距50.8mm单排极限拉伸载荷56.7kn，
节距101.6mm单排极限拉伸载荷226.8kn,以上两种结构更加牢固耐用，适用于大中型主机及生产线上的远距离输送。
排屑链板（刮板式）销轴在链板中心，铰链上下凹凸相同。

可输送各种长卷切屑。团状，块状，铜，铝，不锈钢屑以及橡胶，尼龙等非金属材料
