PVA又称海棉棒——采用高密度亲水分子的PVA发泡海棉制成，其微孔之间相互连通，吸水性能好，干燥快，较好的耐腐蚀性能，用它来吸除表面水份十分理想。
广泛应用于玻璃制品，钢板，铝板等行业其产品面板的清洗，压液，吸水，脱水工序中。对其产品表面的水滴进行全面快速吸干。材料一般为PVA（聚乙烯醇）发泡海绵；规格有内径（ф5–ф100）外径（ф200以内）（L10–L2000）等，可根据不同尺寸规格定制
产品由亲水性高分子PVA（聚乙烯醇）制成的海绵吸水辊、属连续式气孔发泡，分子内有0h基，亲水性能优，能快捷吸干板面水份，弹性佳，不会刮伤物体表面，可广泛应用于印制电路板。玻璃制品，不锈钢板等其它面板的清洗，吸水，压液，脱水等工序中。
技术指标：
1、吸水能力可达到自身重量的8-10倍
2、正常使用寿命3-6个月
