2. Applications 應用 :
ULTRALUB EV 767 was developed for use in flat glass cutting， especially when
temperatures are moderately high in the glass surface without leaving residues on the same
problem. ULTRALUB EV 767 是專為浮法玻璃之切割加工而研製之潤滑保護油，尤其是需要
在玻璃板還有高餘溫時即能進行表面切割，並且不殘留雜質。
ULTRALUB EV 767 is especially suitable for cutting due to the above process when the
glass this high temperature (60 - 80 ° C)， is ideal for glass thicknesses from 3.0 mm， up to 19
mm. 特別適合於工況攝氏溫度範圍 60 ~ 80℃，玻璃板厚度 3 ~ 19mm 毫米。
ULTRALUB EV 767 leaves no residue on the surface of the court， this ensures the zero
wash water pollution， and more importantly， the perfect adhesion of sealants or marked
markers or other similar means without causing interference. 油質穩定質量高，超低黏
度，不留殘餘物，確保玻璃表面不留沖水洗痕，能持續循環使用，不影響或傷害玻璃表面打印
或做記號 … 等。
ULTRALUB EV 767 can also be used to cut float glass and glass-cutting drive. 可以用於浮
法玻璃切割與切割機、刀具之潤滑與保護。
