FRP保温、冷藏车厢是一种高科技、高品质的新型板材，为我公司最新开发的第二代FRP环保产品，产品在超低温下不会发生脆裂，在高温下不会变形，并且可以防止热传递。产品可替代彩钢板、铝板、不锈钢板等，并克服了传统产品生锈、腐蚀、导热、易于凹陷变形、不易清洗、耐久性差、易磨损、不能适应恶劣环境等缺点。产品经过特殊的表面处理，具有很高自洁性、光线性、防紫外线性、抗静电性等特点。

FRP保温、冷藏车厢板是目前国际流行的新型车厢板材，产品采用三明治结构，外层采用FRP玻璃钢板蒙皮，中间采用高密度聚氨酯发泡材料，隔热层厚度达50-100mmn，面板厚度1-3mm不等，隔热性能极佳。产品最大长度为5.0米，最大宽度为2.50米，也可按照用户需求的规格尺寸制作。产品广泛应用于冷藏车厢、集装箱、房车、活动房、临时办公室、岗亭等。

1、重量轻：比国内传统产品减轻自重30-40%。
2、保温隔热性能：玻璃钢面板导热系数约为0.23W/m2.K，硬质聚氨酯泡沫导热系数为0.018-0.028W/m2.K，总传热系数K值可低于0.3W/m2.K。
3、表面性能：玻璃钢表面具有极强的抗拉强度、弯曲强度和冲击韧性，不变形。对大气、雨水和一般浓度的酸、碱、盐等介质具有极佳的化学稳定性。
表面光洁度高，抗紫外线，保光性佳，不变色，易清洁，特别适宜做各种车厢广告。
4、抗渗性能：双面玻璃钢面板均具有不透水性，耐水性能极佳。
5、阻燃性能：FRP板材阻燃指数符合国家标准B2级。
6、产品寿命：比国内传统产品提高4-6倍。
7、易维护性：修补处理后无明显的修补痕迹，这是钢质、铝质厢板无法比拟的。
8、环保性能：玻璃钢表面无挥发性和易腐蚀性物质，夹层保温板材填充无氟聚脂泡沫塑料，绿色环保。

三、安装方式：

通过高强度胶黏剂、螺钉与骨架连接，骨架采用高强度铝型材或钢结构骨架与复合板组装冷藏保温车，安装简易快捷，无需特殊工装。板材间采用高强度结构胶粘结而成，具有最大的连接可靠性和最佳的密封保温性能，箱体安装简便快捷。
