一、启动前检查工作
1、检查发动机机油、液压系统液压油、柴油等的油位是否达到工作要求，如油位不足，应及时添加，防止工作中因缺油而导致设备异常；
2、检查动力装置、行走部分、锤头、滑道、滑道支架等各主要机械部位螺栓连接是否有松动，及时紧固松动的螺栓，防止工作中发生意外；
3、检查各液压油缸、转动轴处的开口销是否正常，应及时更换磨损严重的开口销；
4、仔细观察设备周圈环境，确保按桩机工作半径内无行人及障碍物。

work
3，checkthehydraulicoilcylinder，theaxis
ofrotationofthesplitpinisnormal，shouldbetimelyreplacementofworn
splitpin
4，carefulobservationequipment
circumferentialenvironment，toensurethepilemachineworkingradiusno
pedestriansandobstacles.
二、启动发动机
打开发动机组电源输出开关，旋转发动机钥匙，按下一键启动按钮，启动柴油机组。液压泵随发动机开始工作，怠速运转3~5分钟，逐渐加大供油量，使液压泵达到额定压力20Mpa，并固定好油门调节手柄。

三、移机至工作位置
1、仔细查看换向阀操作指示牌中各操作杆所对应机能，并熟记在心。严禁胡乱推动操作阀杆。
2、推动zuo轮行走、右轮行走阀杆，将设备移动至指定位置，并找好桩位。
3、推动大臂阀杆，升起大臂，调整大臂角度，使大臂达到工作要求。升起大臂过程中，应时刻观察滑道底端立柱与地面是否接触。若底端立柱触及地面，应推动滑道阀杆，向上提升滑道。
4、根据工作需要，可推动摇臂阀杆，使大臂左右摆动，调整至所需位置；
5、调整好位置后，应推动滑道阀杆，使滑道向下滑动，将滑道底端立柱插入地面。全部调整完毕后开始按桩工作。

adjusttheAngleofthebigarm，armcanmeetthejobrequirements.Riseinthe
processofthebigarm，atalltimesobservethechutebottomcolumnifcontact
withtheground.Ifthebottomofthecolumntouchestheground，shouldpushthe
slidevalverod，upwardramp.
4，accordingtotherequirementsofthejob，
canpromotetherockerstem，makebigarmswinging，adjustedtothedesired
location
5，afteradjustposition，shouldpushthe
slidevalverod，maketheslidedownwardslide，insertthechutebottompillar
ontheground.Afteralladjustmentsaccordingtothepilework.
四、按桩工作
1、推动钻杆上下阀杆，将锤头提升至最高位置；
2、将矩形桩放入桩杆支撑内部，矩形桩放置稳定后，推动锤头阀杆，使锤头开始冲击工作。慢慢推动钻杆阀杆，使锤头慢慢向下移动，使桩帽插入矩形桩内部。
3、锤头正常冲击工作情况下，慢慢向下推动锤头，将矩形桩按入地面至要求深度。
