TM-107系列落地式油压机特点：
1． 采用整体焊接的坚固开式结构可使机身保持足够钢性的同时拥有最方便的操作空间；
2． 压力、行程、保压时间、闭合高度均可按需求无级调整，也可设计为两段速度（空载快速，加压慢速），并可在使用行程内任意调整快速和工进的长短；
3． 另可选增加测力传感器及显示器，精确显示产品受力状况，达到所需工作目的；
4． 也可另选增加电子尺或光栅及显示器，精确显示油缸位移状况，达到所需工作目的。
适用范围：
TM107-20T数字压装机
1.该系列液压压床以2-20MPA的液体压力为动力源,外接三相AC380V 50HZ或三相AC220 60HZ交流电源.
2.该系列设备以液体作为介质来传递能量，采用先进的子母缸液压回路,油温低,空行程速度均在150MM/秒以上, 工进速度30 MM/秒以下,
3.设备待机,滑快上下移动时噪音均不超过75分贝.
4.采用整体焊接的坚固开式结构,可使机身保持足够的的钢性,同时拥有最方便的操作空间,
5.分手动和半自动两种控制方式,手动可将压装上模停在任意行程范围内,配有紧急回升按钮,也可加装红外线护手装置.
6.该系列压床的压装行程一般通过计时器,压力开关,位置感应器,或客户本身的模具进行控制
7.压装主轴的回升高度,可通过计时器,或位置感应器任意行程范围内调整.
9.压力、行程、保压时间、闭合高度客户均可自行调整,方便操作；
10.液压系统计内置机架内,外观整洁,轻巧,稳重.
11.具有自动计数功能,可也加装测力显示器,智能温控仪,可依客户要求定做,

Features:
1. The solid open type structure of welding as a whole allows the press to keep enough rigidity and makes the press being operated in a most convenient operating space.
2. The pressure, stroke, dwell time and shut height can be adjusted infinitely according to requirements; it may be applicable to set two speeds (idling speed, low speed during pressurization). And the speed and time can be adjusted at will within the stroke.
3. The middle template can be additional adopted to add force imposed on the products so as to complete the undergoing work.
4. The electronic ruler or grating ruler and display can be additionally added to precisely display the situation of the oil cylinder displacement so as to complete the undergoing work.
