热水循环电加热系统

产品简介：

热水循环电加热系统是通过电阻丝通电发热，电能转换为热能，热能导入水中，把水加热成热水，热水循环泵辅助循环电磁热水锅炉和暖气管道里的热水，通过散热器实现采暖目的电采暖炉工作原理是间歇工作，即当供水温度小于上限温度时电采暖炉处于加热状态，当供水温度到达上限温度时电采暖炉处于停机保温状态。在采暖期最冷的几天，电采暖炉提供的值刚好满足或小于房间需求的热负荷，过高的设置电采暖炉的上限温度值，会造成电采暖炉实际的供水温度很难达到上限温度，这样电采暖炉就会处于24小时加热状态。

控制原理：

采用WR4240系列电磁热水锅炉电脑控制器。我公司吸收国外先进技术，结合国内电磁热水锅炉控制自动化的各种需要和具体应用现状，采用现代电脑控制技术，而推出的新一代电磁热水锅炉控制器。适用于蒸汽电磁热水锅炉、热水电磁热水锅炉和导热油炉的自动控制，具有可靠性高、自动化程度高、使用方便、操作简单、功能丰富、控制灵活、造型美观、性能价格比高等优点。

本机采用智能模块式工控机（iPC）作为控制系统的核心。它的每一个模块就是一个带有微处理器(CPU)的智能单元，本身具有强大的可编程功能，可独立完成各种复杂的单元功能，是国内电磁热水锅炉电脑控制器中最先进的产品。
