【产品简介】MF3015D  数控光纤激光切割机http://www.fibcutter.com是光机电一体化的激光切割成套设备。该设备由光纤激光器、冷水机组、光纤切割头、切割机床、控制系统、水气路系统、抽风系统等功能部件集成。

【结构形式】整体采用工件固定，龙门移动式结构。是两轴联动，三轴控制的数控激光切割机http://www.meimanlaser.com。其中X、Y轴联动实现平面切割进给，Z轴浮动跟踪工件表面。

【导向驱动】三个数控轴均采用滚动导轨副导向，X、  Y轴采用交流伺服电机驱动齿轮齿条副进给，其中X轴为龙门双驱，Z轴采用交流伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杆副进给。伺服电机、丝杆、导轨、减速机、齿轮、齿条均选用知名品牌。

【控制系统】采用国产品牌激光专用数控系统，操作方便；专业的切割控制软件支持CAD图形及文字自动编程。

【激光专用切割头】采用美国品牌传感器、切割头，切割效果更加完美。

【适用范围】适用于碳钢、不锈钢、合金钢、硅钢、镀锌钢板等金属材料薄板的切割加工。

Introduction：MF3015D  CNC  fiber  laser  cutting  machine  is  an  opto-electro-mechanical  whole 

set  system，  and  this  product  is  assembled  by  fiber  laser  source，  water  chiller，  fiber 

cutting  head，  working  table，  controlling  system，  air  pressure  and  ventilation  system，  etc.

Structure:  This  machine  offers  processing  on  fixed  workpiece  and  of  gantry  structure.  It’s 

a  CNC  laser  cutting  machine  of  two-axis  linkage  and  is  controlled  by  three-axis，  in  which  X

-axis  and  Y-axis  linkage  are  responsible  for  two  dimensions  cutting，  while  Z-axis  tracks  the 

surface  of  workpiece.

Guide&Drive:  Three  CNC  axes  are  all  guided  by  rolling  guide  rails，  X-axis  and  Y-axis  adapt 

AC  servo  motor  and  is  driven  by  pinions  and  racks.  Gantry  double  drives  are  responsible  for 

the  X-axis  and  Z-axis  is  guided  by  ballscrew  and  servo  motor.  The  AC  motor，  ballscrew， 

guideway，  reducer，  pinions  and  racks  are  imported  with  famous  brands.

Controlling  system:  Domestic  software  is  applied  to  this  system  and  equipped  with  profession 

controlling  system  and  programming  software.

Cutting  head:  Lasermach  cutting  head  is  imported  from  USA  which  is  stable  and  convenient.
