陶瓷釉料研磨氧化铝球其比重(密度)达到3.60以上，氧化铝含量达到92%以上，含铁低。同样的原料，同样的配方，同样的烧成温度下，原料研磨后的粉料细度越小，则比重越高，耐磨性越好。
氧化铝研磨球生产工艺采用等静压成型，部分规格小球采用人工成球法；原料选用耐磨性强的煅烧氧化铝粉，提高了产品稳定性，降低了表面磨耗；产品煅烧温度达1600℃以上，保温时间10小时以上。氧化铝研磨球又叫高铝陶瓷球石、氧化铝耐磨球、惰性氧化铝球。
陶瓷釉料研磨氧化铝球特点：氧化铝研磨球具有硬度高、密度大、磨耗低、表面光滑、耐腐蚀等特点，是研磨釉料、坯料及各种粉末材料理想的耐研磨介质。
用途：氧化铝研磨球广泛应用于陶瓷，水泥，涂料，耐火材料，无机矿物粉等行业的球磨机内衬与磨介。
