1. 概述 Overview
WCH系列生活污水粉碎消毒储存柜，用于各类船舶上，储存原污水或经污水处理装置处理过的固体残渣。亦能与污水处理装置配套作转驳柜使用。
WCH series sewage disinfection storage tank for all kinds of ships is used to store influent sewage or treated solids residue by sewage treatment plant. Also it can work with the sewage treatment plant to be used as transfer tank.
本储存柜具有加药消毒、残渣粉碎、柜内冲洗和将处理后的污水残渣排至舷外的功能。
This storage tank has the function of dosing disinfection， crushing residue， washing tank and discharging treated sewage residue to outboard.
本储存柜结构简单，操作方便，处理水质符合IMO粉碎机和集污舱的要求。
This storage tank has a easy structure and simplified operation. Treated water quality of this tank satisfies the requirement of IMO crusher and collecting sewage tank.
2. 原理
原污水或由污水处理装置处理后的固体残渣进入粪便消毒储存柜，在柜内积聚到一定的液位，启动粉碎泵。使污水或固体残渣反复进行循环粉碎，并同时加入药品，进行消毒。当污水或固体残渣粉碎到一定程度后，可将污水通过甲板上的国际排放接头送到岸上接收设施或者在非管制海区直接排放至舷外。
Influent sewage or solid residues treated by sewage treatment plant after into manure disinfection storage tank， and the tank accumulated these things to a certain level， start crushing pump. The sewage or solid residue from repeated cycle of crushing， and also added to medicines， were disinfected. When the discharge of sewage or solid residue from grinding to a certain degree， can be water on the deck of the international emissions through joint sent to shore reception facilities or in non-controlled waters discharged directly to the outboard.
