事先检查

·解决用户问题前_必须执行以下事先检查。检查以下事项:

·电源电压是否符合规格要求。

·电源是否正确接地。

·本机是否与其他间歇消耗大最电流的机器(例如会产生电气噪声的电梯或空调)共用一

  个电源。

·安装地点环境是否适宜:高温高湿_阳光直射.通风口等以及安装地点的平整度。

·原稿是否存在可能导致图像缺陷的问题。

·所选的浓度是否合适。

·稿台狭长玻璃或相关部件是否脏污。

·是否使用了正确的打印纸张。

·用于打印的单元_部件和耗材(显影剂PC感光鼓等}在达到使用寿命时是否进行了补

  充和更换。

·碳粉盒中是否有足够的碳粉。

    转印是通过转印电极丝在纸(或其它复印介质)的背面给予与碳粉图像相反极

性的电荷，从而把感光鼓表面的碳粉图像转移到纸(或其它复印介质)上的过程。

    Transferring is to deliver the opposite charges against the polarity of the toner

image to the backside of paper (or other media) through the transferring polarity wires，

thus transferring the toner image on the OPC surface onto paper (or other media).

    显影是使带有跟充电极性相反电荷的碳粉微粒，吸附在感光鼓表面，使

静电潜像变成可见的碳粉图像的过程。

    Developing is to make the toner particles with opposite charges against the

charging polarity attracted onto the OPC surface， thus the latent image forming a

visible toner image.
