远红外热收缩设备包装机是采用石英远红外管加热，节电高效（节电15%以上）；收缩温度和电机转动速度稳定可调，且调节范围广；独创滚筒自转装置，可连续工作，股本产品具有设计先进、性能稳定可靠、节电高效、收缩效果好、结构新颖美观、操作维修方便等特点，可适用于任何热收缩薄膜的收缩包装。在包装过程中，如果收缩后皱纹过多，可减低输送速度或提高加热温度，反之，如出现收缩破裂现象，则可降低温度。包装结束后，先关闭三组加热开关，让输送电机和热风电机继续运行10分钟左右，再切断整个电源。

操作注意事项：

1、BS-200(八条加热管，300W)、BS-300（七条加热管，500W）、400共有十条加热管，600W，四条作为ceremony，加热时非常红亮，两条上热，四条为下热，加热时亮度可调节；BS-450共有十二条加热管，四条作为侧热，加热时非常红亮，四条上热，四条下热，加热时亮度可调节。

2、BS-200、300、400两相220V电压，三脚插头，其中一条为相壳接地安全线，切勿将此线接入220V电压中；BS-450为三相380V电压，同时还必须输入零相。
