雷电浪涌保护器V 25-B+C依据VDE 0185，Part 1和Part 100的要求，而设计的一种雷电保护等电位连接器。该装置是符合DIN VDE 0675，Part 6(Draft 11.89)A1，A2等级为B+C级保护器的要求。在建筑物雷电保护安装工程中，它保证了电源线上的等电位连接。当电源线架空引入建筑物时，架空线可能会引入部分直接雷击雷电流，在此种建筑物电源架空引入的线路上，该保护器也可应用。
