It has built-in cleaning solution. Instruction 1.Open blister card package. Please note that the kit contains one plastic handle,two flushable cleaning pads and one self adhesive storage hook. 2.Slide button forward(away from you),insert the pad securely at the base of the plastic handle, as shown in the photo. Slide button towards you, to secure the pad in place. 3.Wet pad in toilet to activate the built-in cleaning solution to scrub the bowl and under the rim. 4.Once the cleaning is finished, then slide the release button forward,to discharge the cleaning pad into the toilet.
