隔离墩模具材质：钢板

隔离墩模具制作工艺：选用3-4mm厚度的钢板经过裁剪、焊接、打磨、喷漆成型，隔离墩模具为组装式钢模具，使用方便、拆模简单、质量有保障、外形完美。

隔离墩模具脱模注意事项：
1：水泥的强度，混凝土的配比要得当；
2：混凝土的凝固时间要掌握好，一般为24小时最佳时间；
3：隔离墩模具使用前，先在内模喷一层脱模剂或机油，可防止粘膜。
