特性
含有W Mo Cr V 的高合金焊丝,溶敷金属具有高韧性,高硬度冲击耐磨耗性能,可使用在600℃的热间环境,焊后金属可高达HRC61～63度,经热处理后硬度尚有提高. Contains W Mo Cr V high alloy welding wire, soluble deposited metal with high toughness and high hardness, impact abrasion resistance performance can be used in 600 degrees Celsius between thermal environment, after welding metal can be as high as HRC61 ~ 63 degree of hardness, still improve.

用途
焊补冷热作模具,成型刀具,修整刀具冲头模具粉碎机刃口,冲压模具,也可以在碳钢和低合金钢上堆焊制成新工具. Heat for mould weld-repair, molding tool, die cutter punch grinder blade, stamping, also can be in the carbon steel and the low alloy steel made on new tools. #
