1： 公司注册证书复印件和外国公司中国驻当地的大使馆、领事馆或当地律师行对该证书的认证原件。

2：资信证明原件兩份（最好是中文版）（由外方所开账户银行出具）

3：首席代表的护照复印件与大一寸彩照8张。
The copy of passport of executive director and  8×1″color photos of executive director.
4：场地证明：租赁合同原件（须经房屋租赁管理所备案）、产权证明复印件
